Division Administrator-II

The Division Administrator-II leads the development, coordination and execution of strategies and operations for a complex portfolio within the Department of Pediatrics. In partnership with the Division Head and medical directors, they align clinical care, research, teaching and advocacy to maximize impact. They manage division finances, including operating and capital budgets, grant portfolios, philanthropic funds, and revenue optimization. They supervise day-to-day operations, ambulatory practice management, faculty effort allocation, recruitment, onboarding and credentialing. They ensure regulatory compliance, support accreditation requirements where applicable, and implement institutional initiatives across missions. They lead strategic planning, performance analysis, resource planning and onboarding of new staff and providers while monitoring KPIs.
