RN House Supervisor – Days

Lead and supervise patient care across all units during the day shift (7a-7p), ensuring safe, evidence-based nursing practice. Plan and manage staffing, allocate resources, and provide clinical guidance to the nursing team to meet daily patient care needs. Serve as liaison between leadership and staff, promoting professional standards, the mission, and performance improvement initiatives. Oversee medication administration, timely documentation, environment of care, and regulatory compliance. Assess patients with the nursing process, develop individualized plans of care, and monitor outcomes from admission to discharge. Provide ongoing education, performance feedback, and incident reporting in line with Joint Commission and state requirements.
