Ocean Freight Logistics Coordinator

Coordinate and manage end-to-end ocean freight shipments from booking to delivery. Communicate with carriers, vendors, and customers to ensure milestones are met. Prepare and review shipping documentation, including B/Ls, invoices, and customs paperwork. Track and update shipment statuses in the Skypace platform to maintain transparency for all stakeholders. Collaborate with pricing, operations, and customer support teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain schedules. Monitor carrier schedules, transit times, and exceptions to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
