Ocean Freight Logistics Coordinator

Manage end-to-end ocean freight shipments from booking to delivery. Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and customers to meet milestones and resolve issues. Prepare and review shipping documents (B/Ls, invoices, and customs paperwork) with accuracy. Track shipment status in Skypace and provide transparent updates to stakeholders. Collaborate with pricing, operations, and customer support to optimize service and resolve problems. Monitor carrier schedules, transit times, and exceptions to maintain on-time delivery and drive efficiency.
