UI / Frontend Developer

Lead frontend delivery with focus on code quality, reliability, and exceptional user experience. Mentor engineers and drive best practices across architecture, testing, and documentation. Collaborate with product, UX, and backend teams to translate outcomes into scalable UI solutions. Establish engineering hygiene through PR workflows, design reviews, and test automation. Promote responsible use of AI-assisted engineering to boost velocity and quality, including Copilot/GenAI integration. Required qualifications include 5+ years of hands-on engineering, 3+ years with React and TypeScript, expert JS/TS skills, scalable frontend patterns (micro frontends, Nx monorepos), strong testing mindset, and Agile collaboration; plus preferred: cloud deployments, CI/CD, API design, microservices, cloud-native, and fintech context.
