Lead Analyst, Product Compliance

Lead end-to-end risk assessments for Digital Assets and Payments infrastructure, evaluating compliance tooling, transaction traceability, governance, and regulatory alignment. Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, Treasury, and Enterprise Risk to embed compliance into design and development of new liquidity and payments initiatives. Develop proactive, data-driven, and AI-enabled compliance processes to accelerate product reviews while maintaining risk controls. Monitor evolving regulatory developments in digital assets, DeFi, and global payments to adapt liquidity and settlement strategies. Represent the Liquidity and Payments function in internal governance forums and industry discussions to shape compliant growth and best practices. Contribute to enterprise-wide risk taxonomy alignment and define risk-based criteria for product decisions, ensuring consistency across pillars.
