Principal Product Manager, AI-Driven Creative Toolkit

Own end-to-end product strategy for an AI-powered production toolkit spanning previs, production, and post. Translate emerging AI model capabilities into ship-ready features for live-action, VFX, and animation creators. Define interoperability with DCCs and handoff primitives that align with real studio pipelines, while elevating safety and IP provenance. Lead creator-in-the-loop validation by recruiting filmmakers and VFX/animation leads and turning qualitative insights into roadmap decisions. Build PR/FAQs, success metrics, and drive specifications through delivery and QA with Engineering and Science for measurable time-to-screen and cost improvements. Partner with Studio Ops, Production Technology, and Content leaders to align roadmaps, while mentoring PMs and nurturing a creator-obsessed team culture.
