Outside Sales Representative (Former Athletes Encouraged) - Local Territory
Work in your local, in-person sales territory to present and sell supplemental health insurance solutions to small and mid-size businesses. Develop and manage your own book of business, targeting owners, managers, and employee groups (up to 100+). Generate new business through referrals, warm leads, and in-person prospecting while maintaining long-term client relationships. Meet face-to-face with clients, present solutions, handle objections, and close deals to drive measurable wins. Operate full-time (40 hours) with a disciplined, coachable mindset, building a robust pipeline and achieving quarterly goals. Licensing required or willingness to obtain licensing; compensation includes weekly pay, commissions, and bonuses.
