Sales Representative - B2B Merchant Services

This in-office role focuses on proactively reaching out to prospective and existing customers processing high payment volumes. You will educate merchants on our commerce solutions, including payments, social, SEO, and website design. Guide merchants to the best fit for their business and identify pain points to address with the platform. Develop trust with stakeholders at various levels, maintain high call quality, and meet production standards. Drive revenue by meeting outbound activity and customer metrics, including payment volume and satisfaction scores. Own issues from first contact to post-sale service, and maintain accurate records as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
