Human Resources Manager

Seeking a hands-on HR Manager to own all HR functions in a small-to-mid sized organization, onsite in Azerables, France. This is a true one-person HR department with full ownership of compliance, governance, and reporting aligned to public company standards. You will lead M&A due diligence, integration efforts, and support related activity. Responsibilities include onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, investigations, and maintaining HR policies and the employee handbook. You will oversee compensation, benefits administration across multiple plans, and payroll processing (ADP Run), with vendor management and renewal planning. You will maintain accurate HR records, produce executive-level reports in Excel, and act as the sole contact for employees and leadership. This role requires strong ethics, discretion, and proactive stakeholder management onsite.
