Joint Venture Accounting Advisor

This onsite role focuses on joint venture accounting, delivering accurate financial statements, schedules, and JV billings. Responsibilities include managing cash calls and distributions, supporting annual budgeting, and cash management. You will perform account reconciliations, respond to partner requests, and maintain strong partner relationships. Ensure SOX and FERC compliance in JV accounting practices and coordinate with internal teams and external auditors. Lead and mentor accounting analysts, and participate in special projects to optimize financial processes. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in accounting, 4+ years in JV accounting or equivalent, GAAP knowledge; CPA preferred.
