Lead DevOps Cloud Engineer

Lead DevOps Cloud Engineer responsible for shaping AWS cloud strategy, architecture, and governance while guiding a team of 2 engineers. Define and execute scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud and DevOps roadmaps across cloud environments. Re-engineer legacy applications into cloud-native, serverless designs and modern architectures. Partner with development teams to establish CI/CD standards, deployments, and infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation. Ensure cloud security, compliance, vulnerability management, and FinOps with executive reporting and optimized resource usage. Build and integrate monitoring, alerting, and performance systems, and lead AI and automation initiatives to optimize operations.
