On-Prem DevOps Engineer

Support IT, CI/CD, and build-system operations in a fast-moving, small-team environment dealing with both on-prem and cloud workflows. Proactively provision, maintain, and upgrade workstation hardware, user management, and the office network to keep the team productive. Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines and runners using GitHub Actions, with a focus on efficient, scalable, and fast PR testing. Collaborate with engineers to manage dependencies and deployment workflows, including CMake and Python toolchains. Advance on-prem and cloud parity projects (such as an on-prem Docker registry and monitoring dashboards) while improving security and visibility. Bring an engineering mindset: proactive problem-solving, fast learning, strong critical thinking, and clear communication to prioritize and own outcomes.
