Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Serve as a trusted HR Business Partner to a multi-state division, delivering strategic advisory and operational excellence. Partner with division leadership and employees to address complex employee relations, investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to execute workforce plans and ensure timely, high-quality hiring aligned to business needs. Coach leaders on performance, compensation decisions, and action planning from employee engagement surveys, driving meaningful improvements. Lead division-level HR initiatives, partner with Centers of Excellence (TA, TM, Total Rewards, L&D), and guide college recruiting and internship programs. Balance strategic thinking with tactical execution in a fast-paced, in-person environment with ~15-20% travel to divisional locations.
