Inside Sales Representative

Handle inbound and outbound calls across omnichannel channels to generate and qualify leads. Schedule in-home and virtual appointments for the sales team, ensuring high-quality engagements. Deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive communication and rapport building. Maintain accurate CRM records, track activities, and update statuses in a timely manner. Maintain a dedicated remote workstation with a reliable high-speed internet connection and be available for evenings and weekend shifts. Required: at least 2 years of call center or inside sales experience; bilingual English/Spanish or English/French is a plus.
