Staff Accountant 1

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for plant operations and smaller entities. Collaborate with operational teams to monitor project progress and assess cost center expenditures. Oversee asset tracking, including additions, transfers, disposals, and roll-forward schedules. Conduct bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations; prepare monthly accruals and relevant journal entries. Generate project billing for smaller-scale projects and support the monthly close process. Assist during audits, support compliance efforts, and identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows.
