Staff Accountant

Analyze monthly and annual expenses, identify adjustments, and prepare reconciliations and summaries in line with accounting policies. Prepare and post monthly journal entries to ensure accurate financial records. Reconcile monthly gross profit data between financial and billing systems to identify discrepancies. Compile, distribute, and present monthly financial statements; perform budget versus actual expense analyses. Reconcile General Ledger accounts, address errors, and discuss key items with management; collaborate with suppliers to manage aging accounts. Support tax reporting, annual budgeting, forecasting activities, and payroll backup tasks as required.
