Cloud Engineer - AWS/OCI Migration (Remote)

Lead the end-to-end migration of applications, data, and infrastructure from AWS to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), with emphasis on performance, security, and compliance. Assess current AWS architectures and design a target OCI environment covering compute, storage, networking, and databases. Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or OCI Resource Manager, ensuring data integrity and disaster recovery throughout the migration. Collaborate with application teams during testing, validation, and cutover activities while applying security best practices (IAM, network segmentation, encryption, logging). Monitor post-migration performance and optimize workloads in OCI; document architecture, migration steps, and operational procedures for long-term use. Provide knowledge transfer and guidance to state IT staff, with focus on regulatory considerations and public sector compliance.
