Policy & Compliance Manager
Serve as a senior policy development and compliance lead, ensuring alignment of all divisions with the organization’s 5-year strategic plan and fiscal constraints. Collaborate with budget and financial teams to tie policy initiatives to budget priorities and assess the cost-effectiveness of new proposals. Analyze proposed legislation for operational impact, producing white papers and briefing books to support executive decisions and public testimony. Coordinate cross-agency continuous improvement under the Arizona Management System (AMS), leading performance dashboards and scorecards. Establish and maintain a Master Compliance Calendar, manage document control, audits, and evidence management for external requests. Develop standardized policies, procedures, and stakeholder toolkits to promote transparent messaging and effective program implementation.
