Consumer Product Compliance Manager
Act as a compliance risk advisor to front-line teams, translating regulatory requirements into practical actions. Lead regulatory change impact assessments and coordinate the implementation of changes across the business unit. Coordinate the New Product Approval (NPA) process, draft risk assessments, and map products to RCSA controls. Oversee controls design, monitor issue management and remediation, and escalate issues to senior management as needed. Maintain and update compliance documentation, procedures, and training materials; collaborate with Legal and second-line compliance. Support compliance testing, audit readiness, training delivery, and the reporting of metrics and trends to leadership; requires 3+ years of relevant experience and knowledge of key U.S. banking regulations.
