Product Compliance Associate Director

As a Product Compliance Associate Director, you will lead the design and elevation of product compliance standards across markets, ensuring regulatory, safety, and quality requirements are met. Translate regulatory demands into clear, prioritized product requirements and partner with product, design, and engineering to embed compliance into roadmaps. Draft initial compliance logic and documentation, review release notes and wireframes, and maintain strong relationships with Outside Counsel and regulatory agencies. Conduct risk assessments, develop test cases for routine audits, and implement robust compliance controls. Serve as the compliance expert for Customer Success and Sales, delivering jurisdiction-specific insights and enablement content. This role is based in New York and focuses on global expansion within a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
