Sr Director Analyst, IT Monitoring & Observability

Develop innovative, must-have insights in IT monitoring, observability, APM, and AIOps to guide senior client decisions. Lead and mentor a team of analysts, shaping the research agenda and delivering pragmatic, actionable guidance. Partner with sales and insights teams to translate market trends into client-ready content, presentations, and briefings. Analyze root causes of client challenges and reframe problems to drive strategy and measurable outcomes. Deliver high-impact presentations at events and meetings, and communicate research methodologies to diverse audiences. Travel up to 25% as needed; operate autonomously in a global, matrixed environment with a client-centric focus.
