R&D Scientist

Lead bioprocessing projects and supervise wet-lab activities related to recombinant protein and antibody production. Design and optimize upstream and downstream workflows, contribute to project planning, and review project information for process optimization. Develop and validate assays to evaluate protein interactions, stability, and quality, including BLI, ELISA, HPLC-SEC, and DSF. Oversee maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of bioprocessing instruments (FPLC platforms such as Cytiva AKTA). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with program goals and maintain thorough documentation and safety compliance. Requirements: MS or PhD in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field, several years of industry experience in expression, purification, and characterization of recombinant proteins and antibodies; experience with mammalian systems (HEK293/CHO) and purification workflows; willingness for flexible schedules.
