Cybersecurity Analyst

Protect the organization’s data and infrastructure by leading threat detection, vulnerability assessments, and incident response. Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM, IDS/IPS, and other sensors to identify intrusions and prioritize responses. Conduct malware analysis, gather indicators of compromise, and develop runbooks for SOC operations. Collaborate with IT teams to implement proactive security controls, threat modeling, and risk mitigation. Perform threat intelligence research, validate security designs, and ensure compliance with NIST CSF, CIS, and MITRE frameworks. Educate users on security best practices, manage the SOC mailbox, and participate in investigations and forensics when incidents occur.
