Associate - Employer Brand, Content Strategist
Develop and execute a data-driven content strategy that tells authentic employee stories across formats. Produce digital, print, video, photo, and editorial content for social channels, the careers site, job boards, and internal communications. Own end-to-end content creation—from ideation and scripting to casting, production oversight, editing, and publishing. Build and maintain a global library of static and video assets, prioritizing locations with high hiring volumes. Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and cross-functional partners, and coordinate with vendors and external agencies. Requires 4-7 years in content production or related project management, strong storytelling skills, detail orientation, and a collaborative, innovative mindset; interest in employer branding and recruitment marketing.
