Inpatient Physical Therapist

Deliver direct inpatient physical therapy to patients across the lifespan from birth through geriatrics in an acute care setting. Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized goals, implement evidence-based interventions, and monitor progress toward functional outcomes. Document timely and accurately to support medical necessity, and complete required billing and authorization processes. Demonstrate strong time management and contribute to department operations while pursuing ongoing professional development. Educate patients and families, involve caregivers in goal setting, and coordinate discharge planning. Provide supervision in accordance with professional and regulatory standards and maintain compliance with all applicable requirements.
