Support centralized accounting functions including budgeting, purchasing, travel, and payroll operations. Process and review fiscal transactions, resolve vendor discrepancies, and communicate invoice issues. Coordinate agency travel approvals, bookings, and policy compliance. Perform monthly reconciliations for travel cards, purchase cards, and retailer card records. Consolidate data from multiple sources to prepare weekly billing for retail partners. Apply GAAP and government accounting principles, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to workflow improvements.
