Finance & Payroll Operations Analyst

On-site role focusing on accurate accounting, payroll integrity, and operational controls across AP/AR, journal entries, and month-end close. Manage full-cycle payroll for multi-state employees in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; validate timesheets, deductions, benefits, garnishments, and ACA reporting. Maintain general ledger accuracy, support audit readiness, and ensure proper coding and internal controls across all transactions. Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding from a payroll perspective and support year-end W-2/1099 processes. Support budgeting, forecasting, labor cost analysis, margin modeling, and scenario planning; prepare dashboards for leadership and client reporting. Demonstrate strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, deadline-driven performance, and integrity in handling confidential information.
