Bilingual HR Generalist
Provide onsite HR support to field crews, coordinating with Foremen, Superintendents, and Project Managers on workforce planning and crew assignments. Serve as the primary bilingual (English/Spanish) HR contact for field employees, delivering onboarding and new hire orientations. Lead onsite safety documentation reviews, I-9 processing, certifications, licensing, and compliance for workforce readiness. Guide performance coaching, documentation, and corrective actions with site leadership while ensuring policy adherence and safety standards. Support full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades and project staff, managing pre-employment screenings and onboarding requirements. Maintain HRIS records, support benefits and payroll inquiries, timekeeping audits, and promote a safety-first culture on job sites.
