Regulatory and Compliance Counsel

Lead and enhance the organization's compliance programs; stay abreast of evolving laws affecting SaaS operations; serve as the subject matter expert on data privacy and regulatory requirements (GDPR, CCPA, AI compliance, marketing, sales outreach). Conduct risk-based privacy assessments, manage organization-wide controls, and help create and maintain compliance policies. Collaborate with product, engineering, growth, and marketing teams to integrate privacy measures and navigate regulatory obligations. Advocate least privilege and strong privacy practices across the organization; provide practical guidance and translate complex regulations for non-legal stakeholders. Maintain deep understanding of products and tech stack in how they handle information; act as a primary point of contact within Compliance and deliver timely, actionable advice amidst ambiguity.
