HR Systems & Data Management Leader
Own end-to-end HR systems, data governance, and workforce data operations across Workday and connected platforms. Oversee configuration, governance, and day-to-day HR operations within Workday, including Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time Tracking, and related processes. Ensure data accuracy, privacy, security, and regulatory compliance through audits, RBAC, and governance controls. Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to drive process optimization, automation, and change management across the hire-to-retire lifecycle. Manage integrations, vendor relationships, testing, release readiness, and project execution with clear SLAs and governance. Lead the HRIS & Data team, deliver dashboards and data-driven insights to enable strategic decision-making.
