Human Resources Coordinator

Provide timely HR support to hotel employees and assist with day-to-day HR operations. Support recruitment and onboarding efforts, including events and candidate communications. Assist with benefits administration, training materials, and compliance tracking. Plan and execute employee initiatives, meetings, group discussions, events, and recognition while maintaining confidentiality. Maintain HR records, process invoices and reports, and ensure adherence to applicable federal and state laws. Collaborate with teams to foster a supportive, inclusive work environment and continuous professional development.
