Warehouse Lead - Day Shift

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure orders are completed on time. Assess workload, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure efficient, compliant processes; includes requirement 2 years warehouse experience and at least 1 year supervisory and WMS/SAP proficiency. Train, coach, and develop the warehouse team, providing constructive feedback and opportunities for growth. Utilize the warehouse management system (WMS) and SAP, maintain proper documentation, and track orders. Uphold safety and 7S standards, operate equipment safely, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, reach truck or cherry picker work to 23+ feet, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
