Job Coach

Provide on-site, one-on-one and small group coaching in Azerables, France to prepare clients for vocational and educational opportunities. Lead sessions on interviewing skills, resume development, and navigating grant and FAFSA applications. Support pursuit of education (GED, college degree) and vocational training through referrals and linkage to resources. Develop and monitor individualized job retention plans addressing barriers such as coping skills, time management, stress, and child care planning. Maintain charting and documentation in compliance with agency and funder standards, collaborating with case management. Participate in departmental initiatives, daily huddles, and community resource linkage to boost program engagement.
