Human Resources Operations Specialist
Own and manage the full HR operations lifecycle for roughly 60 employees across the U.S. and Canada, serving as the primary HR resource. Lead onboarding, changes, offboarding, and maintain accurate, confidential employee records with strong data integrity. Administer HRIS (Rippling or similar), answer HR-related inquiries, and support benefits administration with broker liaison. Draft HR communications, handbooks, and all-staff updates; assist with terminations and related documentation. Provide HR support for U.S. and Canadian employees; act as the HR liaison for NYC- and Toronto-based staff while coordinating office operations. Partner with Finance to drive process improvements, ensure compliance with HIPAA and employment standards, and scale the HR function as the company grows.
