Medical Assistant II - Outpatient Women's Services Clinic

Provide patient care and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced outpatient clinic setting. Assist with patient registration, check-in, and management of flow and scheduling to optimize care delivery. Support licensed clinicians with non-financial aspects of care, patient prep, and documentation of biophysical and psychosocial data. Utilize the patient management system to register patients, track arrivals, and maintain accurate demographic, clinical, and payer information. Monitor patient flow, address wait times, document abnormal data for RN or provider review, and handle rooming prioritization. Meet certification requirements and comply with respiratory fit testing and occupational health standards.
