AVP Safety & Workers' Comp Program
Lead the development and execution of safety and workers' compensation programs to support strategic goals, risk reduction, and asset protection. Oversee enterprise risk management efforts, including ERM framework design, training, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. Direct safety assessments, audits, and the timely closure of action items; manage claims and RMIS data to identify trends. Administer insurance program activities and policies covering property, liability, environmental, auto, and workers' compensation. Ensure compliance across health, safety, and leave administration; drive budgeting, staffing, and performance measurement. Lead emergency response, business continuity, IT disaster recovery, and crisis management initiatives, serving as EOC liaison when needed.
