Lead Territory Manager - Cybersecurity
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve a $5-$7 million annual quota in cybersecurity solutions across Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, and part of New Mexico. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and serve as a trusted advisor to key industries such as Energy, Power, Life Sciences, Minerals & Mining. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design and deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirements; provide product demonstrations and training. Maintain accurate CRM data, deliver sales forecasting and reporting, analyze market trends and competitive intelligence, and coordinate with Sales Inventory Operations Planning. Attend industry events, trade shows, and seminars to generate leads and expand the client base; travel within the territory as needed. Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; work independently in a remote environment while also collaborating cross-functionally.
