Part-time HR Administrator/Payroll Specialist
Part-time HR Administrator/Payroll Specialist responsible for supporting full-cycle HR and payroll processes. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records in HRIS and personnel files. Coordinate benefits enrollment, respond to employee inquiries, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Process payroll data using ADP Run and support payroll accuracy with absences, bonuses, leaves, and changes. Organize employee engagement activities, HR communications, and generate HR reports and metrics for management. Requires 5+ years in HR and accounting-related roles, proficiency with QuickBooks and ADP Run, strong communication, and be ready for part-time work with potential transition to full-time; remote Fridays available.
