HR Compliance Administrative Assistant
Coordinate and administer the organization’s drug, alcohol, and physical testing program across clinics, labs, and third-party partners. Track pre-employment, periodic, random, and post-accident testing deadlines and results to ensure timely compliance. Communicate upcoming tests and results with HSE, HR, and field leadership while maintaining strict confidentiality. Foster relationships with network clinics to ensure efficient processing and accurate invoicing. Audit invoices for accuracy, reconcile services from multiple vendors, and implement continuous improvements to compliance processes. Maintain testing data in databases, manage multiple priorities, and uphold safety, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
