You’ll field inbound and outbound calls to schedule, confirm, and follow up on service visits while optimizing technician routes to reduce drive time. You’ll proficiently navigate Windows-based and web-based systems to track routes and support efficient scheduling decisions. By actively listening and asking targeted questions, you’ll identify customer needs and coordinate solutions with empathy and integrity. You’ll maintain accurate customer data, reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours, and participate in quality assurance processes.
