Finance Business Partner

Lead financial analysis, planning, and data mining for designated business segments to inform strategic decisions. Consolidate, review P&Ls, perform cost and revenue accrual analysis, and manage monthly close activities. Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Accounting, IT, and Sales to interpret results and present findings to senior leadership. Drive cross-location projects, provide coaching to team members, and ensure robust internal controls and audits. Deliver timely forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics with strong attention to accuracy and detail. Operate in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and delivering actionable insights.
