Regional HR Business Partner
Provide comprehensive HR support to assigned locations, collaborating with campus leadership and HR teams. Consult with management and employees to identify, evaluate, and resolve employee issues and performance concerns. Drive consistent execution of performance management, training, compliance, and employment practices. Manage full-cycle performance management processes, advise on compensation policy, and administer investigations as needed. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver HR initiatives, leverage HRIS (UKG), and produce data-driven reports. Lead safety and workers’ compensation initiatives, coordinate ADA interactive processes, and support case coordination to drive improvements.
