This entry-level DevOps role supports AWS-based development, staging, and production environments and emphasizes automation.\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and uphold AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda) for internal and customer projects.\nTroubleshoot tickets from development teams and customers and assist with security, infrastructure, and IT rollout efforts.\nDocument configurations, procedures, and best practices and participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.\nLearn and apply CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure automation in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.\nBachelor’s degree required; strong communication and documentation skills; AWS certifications are preferred.
