Payments Compliance Lead

Serve as the first line of defense for payments compliance across BaaS products and partners. Own and streamline the partner marketing submission and approval process to meet regulatory, network, and internal standards. Maintain ongoing compliance with ACH, digital wallets, cards, and emerging payment methods, including consumer protection requirements. Support partner oversight activities, including compliance reviews, audits, issue tracking, and corrective action planning. Provide practical compliance guidance to partners and internal stakeholders while assisting with risk assessments for new products and onboarding. Prepare compliance reporting and metrics for management and governance, and maintain documentation to satisfy regulatory and network expectations.
