Global Controller

Lead global accounting operations, governance, and SOX compliance to ensure accurate, timely US GAAP financial reporting worldwide. Oversee accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to drive consistent application of US GAAP and policy standards. Partner with finance leadership to interpret results, support earnings announcements and SEC filings, and deliver financial insights for strategic decision-making. Shape and execute the global shared services strategy, optimize organizational structure, and coordinate external audits. Coordinate treasury activities and banking relationships, and support M&A integration and transformational programs. Develop high-performance teams through mentoring, foster cross-functional collaboration, and uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
