Human Resources Coordinator
Provide administrative and operational support to the HR department, processing employee lifecycle events across multiple systems (new hires, transfers, promotions, terminations) with accuracy. Perform quality control reviews and data reconciliation to maintain data integrity across HRIS and related platforms. Respond to general inquiries and guide staff to appropriate HR resources while maintaining confidentiality. Create, maintain, and audit employee records in compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local regulations; assist with SOPs and process improvements. Support HR data management and reporting, including maintaining spreadsheets, validating data, and producing headcount and workforce analytics; assist with performance cycles, training, and engagement initiatives. Coordinate new employee orientation and training events; assist with system testing, workflow documentation, and compliance activities; travel may be required; uphold safety policies.
