Senior Analyst - Dashboards and Metrics

The Senior Analyst – Dashboards and Metrics drives meaningful analytics to support IT performance and objectives. Collaborate across technology teams to analyze data, design and refine metrics dashboards, and track key performance indicators. Develop and maintain reports on financial and operating metrics with a focus on data quality and accuracy. Provide analytical support, conduct research, and evaluate the effectiveness of IT initiatives and performance. Identify gaps in current metrics, partner with leadership to improve measurement, and perform feasibility studies for new metrics. Requires 4+ years of relevant experience, strong SQL, data manipulation, dashboard design skills, and effective communication.
