Junior CRM Administrator
As a Junior CRM Administrator, you will configure and maintain CRM systems, including workflows, validation rules, user roles, and dashboards. Lead dialer integrations for call center operations with SaaS solutions (LiveVox, TCN, AWS Connect) to ensure seamless CRM connectivity. Develop SQL queries and JavaScript code to support data import/export, cleansing, and reporting for actionable insights. Design and deploy custom reports and dashboards; manage data quality, ETL processes, and data warehouse considerations. Support deployments, QA, and post go-live troubleshooting; create training materials and demos to drive user adoption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, enhance system performance, and implement scalable CRM enhancements.
