Interim Accounting Operations Manager

Lead the design and implementation of NetSuite-based AP and AR processes to improve controls, efficiency, and scalability. Manage day-to-day operational accounting functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Oversee vendor setup, change approvals, and policy refresh; support rollout and training for approvers and users (Concur, AP invoices, expense submitters, Employee Center licenses). Enhance travel and expense controls with Egencia and Concur automation, including Intelligent Audit, GL/department mapping, NetSuite connector, reporting, and OCR functionality. Improve automated billing, cash application, and collections processes within NetSuite. Partner with cross-functional teams and finance leadership to implement best-practice processes and provide ongoing NetSuite upgrades and training.
